I'm Christine Kotlarski, LCSW. I'm a holistic therapist, Reiki Master, and Certified EVOX Practitioner based in South Sarasota County, Florida.

I created The High Note Method™ because I kept sitting with people who had done real work and were still stuck; not for lack of effort, but because the patterns running their lives were working quietly, beneath the surface, beyond what talk therapy alone could reach. My approach weaves together bio-energetic feedback (EVOX), Jungian depth psychology, somatic awareness, and archetypal astrology alongside evidence-based clinical practice.
