This is an intentional, values-based decision to protect your privacy, your confidentiality, and the freedom to do the kind of deep, integrative work that insurance-driven therapy doesn't always allow. I can provide a monthly superbill, a detailed receipt you submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Please note: reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan. Superbills require a diagnosis, and your insurance company may request access to therapy notes to process the claim. The choice to submit a superbill is entirely yours.
